To further this effort, ILOG has fully localized ILOG JRules’ core business rule editor – ILOG JRules Builder – for the Japanese market, allowing rules to be entered directly in Japanese. By using the editor’s Business Action Language (BAL) in their own language, local business analysts can display and change a rule’s definition with familiar phraseology and terminology, minimizing the risk of misinterpreting the rule or implementing it incorrectly.

ILOG has also translated ILOG JRules’ Rule Builder User's Manual and Rule Engine User's Manual into Japanese. ILOG JRules joins ILOG Views, ILOG JViews and ILOG JTGO in being localized for this market.
