ILOG’s sales administration has further improved its online services for managing product licenses. Along with more features, the Licensing and Product Delivery Services can now be reached through a central online dashboard, which allows customers to obtain complete profiles for their ILOG licenses and perform the following operations:
- Change temporary access keys to definitive ones
- Transfer licenses among computers
- Retrieve or update license keys
- View the rights associated with a license and obtain a license certificate
- Download new product releases when available
Providing greater accessibility and functionality, the new set of services covers most day-to-day product maintenance needs, enabling users to manage their licenses autonomously and in real time through 24x7 Internet access.
