Astral Joins ILOG Partners
System provider serves India's telecom industry

Astral Tele*Foundation Pvt. Ltd. has become ILOG’s partner in India, supplying India’s telecom industry with software solutions for network management and customer care and service.

ILOG has more than 10 years of experience developing and maintaining software components widely used in every industry to supervise operations and manage resources. In telecommunications, most of the international carriers have switched to ILOG for network management through monitoring and control, and alarm filtering and correlation, and customer care and service for both call center management and technician dispatching.

Already among Astral’s top customers are Hutchinson Max Page, Samsung-Korea Telecom, BPL Telecom, Motorola, Siemens Information Systems Ltd., Escotel, Wipro Infotech, SYNTEL Ltd., Digital Equipment India Ltd. and HCL Technologies.
