Maintenance Center
Worldwide service
To make sure no customer gets left behind, ILOG created the Worldwide Maintenance Administration Center in 2005. Part of the ILOG Sales Administration Department, the center’s primary goal is to deliver its services to every user under maintenance no matter the customer’s location.
Headquartered in Gentilly, France, and managed by Jean-Luc Boyer, a veteran of the software industry and expert on ILOG products, the center is represented by a network of administrators who work out of ILOG’s main offices around the globe. They centralize all customer inquiries concerning the maintenance program, including those for rights and services, product release policies and Web-based licensing tools.
