CEO speaks at conference
ILOG CEO Pierre Haren spoke as a special guest at a recent FileNet UserNet EMEA conference in Prague, Czech Republic.

Introduced by Lee Roberts, CEO of FileNet, Mr. Haren covered the important role the business rule management system (BRMS) plays in business process management (BPM) solutions. Through a partnership with ILOG, FileNet integrates ILOG JRules, the market’s leading BRMS, into BPM solutions to enable users to change policies and procedures on the fly.

Laurent-Olivier Tarin, solution architect at ILOG, also spoke at the event. His presentation was aimed at helping FileNet customers identify which business decisions to manage with BRMS, and understand how the technology subdues the complexity of business processes.

Approximately 600 FileNet customers and partners attended the three-day event to gain insights on BPM, and learn the latest from the event’s sponsors, which included ILOG. BPM is a crucial technology for the modern enterprise, especially in staying compliant with today’s complex government regulations.
