Eclipse is the leading platform for Java development tool integration, utilized by Java developers in small and large independent software vendors and in end user organizations in over 125 countries. The announcement was made at EclipseCon, the first annual technical conference for Eclipse, held February 2-5, 2004 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, Calif.
