You can insert business rules anywhere in a Word document that was created using a RuleDoc template.

To insert a rule
  1. Place the cursor in the document where you want to insert the new rule.
  2. On the Rules tab, in the Write group, click the upper half of the Insert New Rule button.

    On the Insert tab, in the Rules group, click the upper half of the Business Rule button.

    A new rule is inserted at the cursor position.
    If the Completion Menu option is selected in the Ribbon, the completion menu appears.
