If you are connected to Rule Team Server, you can use its versioning feature to keep track of changes.
Rule Team Server will store a new version of your RuleDocs each time it is informed of changes to them, that is:
-
If you have a RuleDoc checked out for editing, Rule Team Server will only create a new version when you check it back in.
-
If you do not have the RuleDoc checked out, Rule Team Server will create a new version each time you save.
If a change needs to be reversed, you can restore the previous version and continue working. You can open an old version, restore a version (replacing the current version), compare two versions, or delete an old version.
| Note |
| See Work offline if you are not connected to Rule Team Server.
