Search the vocabulary for a specific keyword or phrase

Use the search box at the top of the Vocabulary pane to search for all vocabulary elements that contain a specific keyword or phrase.

To filter the vocabulary list by keyword
  1. Open the Vocabulary pane:
    2. On the Rules Tab, in the View group, click Vocabulary Pane.
  2. Type one or more words in the Find Keywords box.
    3. After a short delay, the vocabulary list is refreshed automatically and shows only those vocabulary elements containing the specified keyword(s).
To remove a keyword filter from the Vocabulary pane
