If your business rule applications has been set up to use categories, you can filter the list of vocabulary elements by category to reduce the number of terms displayed at one time.

To filter the vocabulary list by category
  1. Open the Vocabulary pane and click the Find Categories button.

    A list of available categories appears. By default, the Any option is selected, indicating that the Vocabulary list contains keywords from any category.
  3. Click the Select button then check the box next to one or more categories to limit the items in the vocabulary list to only those that belong to the selected categories.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. The list of vocabulary elements is filtered according to your selection and the names of the selected filter categories are displayed just above the vocabulary list.
To remove a category filter from the Vocabulary pane
  1. Open the Vocabulary pane and click the Find Categories button.
  2. Clear the checkbox next to one or more categories that you want to remove from the category filter, or select the Any option to remove all category filters.
  3. Click Apply.
