You may want to periodically clean up your Rule Team Server environment by deleting some Web Part Pages or rule document libraries.
To delete a Web Part Page

Click Delete in the drop-down menu to the right of the Web Part Page in the Shared Documents section.

Click OK to confirm.
To delete a rule document library

On the left link bar, click Documents.

On the Documents page, click the rule document library you want to delete in the Document Libraries section.

In the tool bar, click Settings, and then click Document Library Settings.

Under Permissions and Management, click Delete this document library.

Click OK to confirm.
