Note to consulting firms: You only need an EULA license if you develop custom software for your customers' intranets, or if you develop custom software that is publicly available for free. If your customers then make your custom software publicly available and charge other users, you must purchase an EULA license, and your customers must purchase an OEM license. If you create software and sell it "as-is" to several customers, you must purchase an OEM license.
