Archiving RuleApps

You can download archives from the RuleApps view, or from the RuleApp view of the RuleApp that you want archive.

To archive a RuleApp:

  1. Click the Explorer tab.
  2. Click RuleApps in the Navigator panel to display the RuleApps View.
  3. In the RuleApp View table, locate the RuleApp you want to download and then click Download Archive next to a green arrow in the relevant row.
    4. A File Download dialog box opens.
  4. Select the target directory and click Save.
    5. The RuleApp is now archived.

Archiving a RuleApp creates a backup JAR file at the specified location. The file contains the RuleApp and all the rulesets contained inside it. The RuleApp is not disabled or deleted from the server.
