If the RuleApp in the selected archive file does not exist in the server memory, it is deployed to Rule Execution Server with a version of 1.0, irrespective of the selected deployment policy.

If the RuleApp in the selected archive file already exists in the server memory, it is deployed according to the versioning policy.
