Ruleset statistics provide information on ruleset execution such as the number of times a ruleset was executed, and how long the execution took. When the ruleset is in debug mode, statistics are only on debug executions. If you disable the debug mode, ruleset statistics are reset. There is no mixing between debug execution statistics and normal execution statistics.
