Add Ruleset Archive from Rule Project Dialog

This dialog is accessed through the RuleApp editor by opening the RuleSet Archives. Under the section RuleSet Archives click Add Rule Project to open the dialog.

Highlight the ruleset archive you want to add to the RuleApp project and click OK.
