Properties View

In Rule Studio, the Properties view displays each Property and its Value for a selected artifact in a rule project.

The Properties view is editable only when the editor of the edited element has the focus.

If you left-click an element in the Rule Explorer to select it, the Properties view is synchronized with the selected element but is read-only.
If you double-click the element in the Rule Explorer, the element editor is opened and the Properties view is in read-write mode. This is shown by an icon at the top of the Value column of the Properties view.

The changes in the property values are saved when the element is saved.

To open the Properties View, with the Rule Explorer open select Window > Show View > Properties.
