Access this wizard by selecting File > New > Decision Table to create a new decision table as follows.

Purpose 
Source Folder 
Specify the source folder. 
Package 
Specify the rule package. 
Name 
Specify the name of the new decision table. 
Type 
Specify the type of table. By default, the type of a decision table is DecisionTable. You can create new rule types by creating a rule model extension. 
Finish 
Click to create the new decision table. 
Cancel 
Click to discard any settings and exit the wizard.
