To view and manage reports, click the Reports tab to display the Report View page.

The left part of this page is the Report Navigator, which displays the folders in which reports can be organized, and the right part of the page is the Report View, which displays the reports.

Report Navigator

The Report Navigator displays the folder hierarchy in which reports are organized. The names of the folders and their subfolders are listed in a tree hierarchy, along with the number of reports contained in each folder. A report is assigned to the same folder as that of the artifact which generated it.

You can restrict the display of reports in the Report View to only those contained in a specific folder by clicking the folder's name in the navigator. The folder name is highlighted and the Working Folder notice below the tabs states the active folder:

You can hide the folder navigation tree from view, while keeping the working folder at its current setting, by clicking the double arrow symbol to the right of the navigator title:

The navigator title changes to show the name of the working folder:

Click the double-arrow symbol to revert to the full navigator view.

Report View

The Report View displays the reports in the currently selected folder, or all reports in the database when Show All is selected. The browser displays the Name, Folder, and Execution Date of each report.

You can perform up to two Actions on each report:

Two other actions you can perform in the viewer are to delete multiple reports, by selecting them in the list and clicking Delete Selected Items, and to view and download the output parameters of a report by clicking Output Parameters at the bottom of the report list.
