Launching Scenario Suites

You can launch a scenario suite from the Scenario Suite Builder page or from the Scenario Suite Browser list of available suites. This launches the member scenarios and calculates the scenario suite KPI, and results in a detailed scenario suite report.

A scenario suite cannot be launched if no executable scenarios have been specified in its definition, or if no SSP is available to launch it. This is indicated by an inactive Launch button. You must first correct the scenario suite definition or connect to a valid SSP before you can launch the suite.

To launch a scenario suite:

  1. Click the Scenario Suites tab to display the Scenario Suite Browser.
  2. Launch a suite in one of the following ways:
    3. - Click Launch in the Action column in the row of the scenario suite to execute.
    - Click Edit in the Action column in the row of the scenario suite to execute, edit the suite if required, and click Launch at the bottom of the Scenario Suite Edit box.

At the end of the scenario suite execution, the scenario suite report is displayed in the Console. See Reports for details.
