Testing your Symbol

To test the basicprogressbar symbol:

  1. Click the Preview button in the vertical toolbar.
  2. Change the value of the progress parameter displayed in the Symbol Parameters pane by either:

You see the progress bar extend to the right when the value of the parameter increases and retracts to the left as the value decreases.

Note
When you return to Editing mode, the transformed object is displayed with the last value given to its bound parameter while in Preview mode. For example, if you set progress to 50, the progressbar object will be 60 pixels wide when you return to Editing mode.
