Defining the Dashboard

The management request is to create a dashboard to show Key Performance Indicators, namely production, supply and sales. Each indicator will be displayed as a percentage of total capacity. The overall performance for each region will also be illustrated using a stoplight symbol. Figure 1.44 shows the dashboard definition.
