ILOG Customer Support Information
For technical support, contact your local distributor, or, if you are a direct ILOG customer, contact one of the offices listed hereafter according to your localization. The ILOG customer support you depend on is defined in the Exhibit A of your maintenance agreement.
Access to the customer support is allowed to owners of an on-going maintenance contract number. To access the technical support pages on our web sites you will need the maintenance contract number and the name of the person this contract is sent to in your company.
We encourage you to use e-mail to get faster service.

The electronic mailing list jviews-list@ilog.fr is available to help you share your development experience with other ILOG JViews users. This list is not moderated, but subscription is subject to an on-going maintenance contract. To subscribe to jviews-list, send an e-mail without any subject to jviews-list-owner@ilog.fr, with the following contents:
subscribe jviews-list [your email address]
first name, last name
Your company, and country location
Maintenance contract number
Maintenance contract owner's last name
Note that missing or inaccurate information may slow down the subscription process.
