You can import data in different formats to build up the map to use in your application. You can import the data from the DVD supplied with JViews Maps or Browse to a file of your choice. See The Maps Data Disk in Programming With JViews Maps for more information about what the DVD contains.
Each data source is associated with a different set of layers of the map and each layer has its own styling.
