ILOG Customer Support Information
For technical support, contact your local distributor, or, if you are a direct ILOG customer, contact one of the offices listed hereafter according to your location. The ILOG customer support you depend on is defined in the Exhibit A of your maintenance agreement.
Access to the customer support is allowed to owners of an on-going maintenance contract number. To access the technical support pages on our Web sites you will need the maintenance contract number and the name of the person this contract is sent to in your company.

Users Mailing List
The electronic mailing list jtgo-list@ilog.fr allows you to be notified when new resources are available, such as patches, FAQs, other documents. This list is not moderated, but subscription is subject to an on-going maintenance contract. To subscribe to jtgo-list, go to the support site and fill in the subscription form located at http://support.ilog.com/private/products/jtgo/subscribe.cfm.
Note that missing or inaccurate information may slow down the subscription process.
