This class defines a customizable toolbar that contains tools to zoom, unzoom, scroll, fitToContent, and set the identity transformer.

IltManagerViewControlBar differs from IlvManagerViewControlBar because by default the select interactor that is used is an IltSelectInteractor rather than an IlvSelectInteractor.
