Representation of Alarms in a Network

Objects of the IltAlarm class have no representation in a network. Alarms are instead represented aggregated in alarm states. See Alarm States for more details.

By default, business objects of the class IltAlarm are filtered out by the network and equipment adapters. This behavior is controlled by the property excludedClasses of classes ilog.cpl.network.IlpNetworkAdapter and ilog.cpl.quipment.IlpEquipmentAdapter.
