How to Order an ILOG Academic License

1. Download, read and sign the ILOG Academic License Agreement
2. Download the ILOG Academic Order/Upgrade Form for your area
3. Complete the Academic Order Form

• For new licenses:
  • Specify the platform and operating system for each computer
  • Specify the product or package required —refer to the price list for options
  • We recommend 3-year Always Current Packages for the best value and ease of maintenance
• To upgrade licenses:
  • Specify current license information
  • Specify upgrade license information
  • We recommend switching from a standard configuration to a 3-year Always Current Package for the best value and ease of maintenaning your license(s) going forward
• Provide a complete billing address
• Provide a complete shipping address (note we can not ship to post-office boxes)
• Select method of delivery
• Sign the Academic Certification section
• Complete the order payment section
• Please note the terms and conditions
4. Attach any required documents

• US and Canada orders: Academic Tax-Exempt Status document
• Bank wire transfer payments: Copy of the bank wire document
• Purchase order payments: Copy of the authorized university PO with Net 30 terms and all details matching the ILOG Academic Order Form
5. Include any shipping, tax and bank fees

• Applicable sales tax and shipping charges (FOB) will apply
• For customers in US and Canada, if your institution is tax-exempt, you must provide a copy of the academic tax-exempt status document to avoid sales tax
• Please note the appropriate shipping charge for your region
• Payments made with a bank wire transfer, applicable wire transfer fees apply
6. Fax, mail or e-mail all documents to the location specified on the order form
